Dan and his team know German cars well. Wouldn't take my BMWs anywhere else in town. Fair pricing, skilled technicians (one from Turner Motorsports) and they stand behind their work
Great staff, and very pleasant to work with. Knew exactly what my car needed, at a fair price. Definitely taking my car there again for future services.
Dan and his crew did a great job. Although I had a 2022 model that they had not done before, they undertook the project and were competitively priced with local tuning shops and provided the appropriate experience. I look forward to leveraging Touring Car in the future
Great service great communication
I wouldn’t trust my cars anywhere else. Dan and his team are all extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and honest.
Used Touring Car for the first time recently after my other repair show went out of business. It has a true pleasure doing business with Touring Car. They were completely honest regarding needed repairs, pricing, and when the car would be ready. Elated to have found Touring Car that I can depend on for repairs on my 2004 BMW 545i.
I highly recommend Touring Car! I had a problem with my A/C in a 2013 BMW that started on a road trip to DC. I went to two different mechanics while there, spent about $750, only to return to Charlotte without A/C. When I got back here I bounced between my usual local mechanic and Hendrick BMW for over four weeks. I was told to replace multiple parts, which I did, and spent another $2,000, and was still in the exact same position I was in when I returned from DC. Then Hendrick wanted me to replace another part for $2,000. I ended up figuring out how to do this on my own for $65, to discover that also wasn't the problem. I then took my car to Dan at Touring Car. I explained the entire story and Dan actually listened to what I had to say. Two days later, my A/C was fixed, and I am now (thankfully) driving with a properly functioning A/C. They were excellent to work with and were able to figure out what four other mechanics were unable to.
Absolute craftsmen. Top of their field.
We do it all.
